Requests for transcripts must come from the student, former student or alumnus and cannot be taken from a third party. Requests may not be taken over the phone.

Currently enrolled students can visit myPCOM to request a transcript.
Alumni and former students can request a transcript by downloading and printing a transcript request form. The completed form can be faxed, mailed or emailed the Office of the Registrar. The fax number is 215-871-6649 and email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
If emailing the form to our office, a scanned copy is required. We cannot accept a photo of the form.
When completing the transcript request either online or on the transcript form, please be sure to check that mailing information is submitted on this form to avoid any delays in processing. If a transcript is to be issued to another office at PCOM, please be sure to include the office's name in the "Issue to" line.
Allow three to five business days for processing of transcripts.
There is no charge for a transcript.
